How long have you spinning the decks for? 7+ years

What originally hooked you into the DJing scene? Donald Glaude and Dj Dan used to play breaks. Czech still does. I grew up attending parties every month which featured at least one of these guys headlining. The math is simple.

What type of music do you specialise in? Funky stuff, breaks in particular.

Most expensive vinyl that you have paid for? - how much was it? I dunno. I just paid a small chunk for a copy of Wubble U - Petal (Freestylers mixes) in mint condition.

What is your most treasured record and why? Wubble U - Petal (Freestylers Breaks dub). It shares a name with my dog. I love him like no other. Oh, and the rekkid is toite.

What events have you played at? A funkload.

Have you got any DJing horror stories? The moral of the story is get your money before you play, even if you have a contract. Oh, and don't get drunk early.

Are you a resident DJ, if so where? I am a monthly resident at Balance Thursdays at the 1201 with the other Portland based members of the NBA. I also do a weekly radio show on NuSooklBreaks.co.uk Radio every Friday from 3-7 PM PST (11-3AM GMT).

Anything else? I love Canadian women.
