Satisfaction...
Overall a nice warm setup, the freedom to go backstage was also interesting, thank god we had Kraig there to tell those pesky ravers to fuck off when Bennasi was trying to spin.
Ive never seen the front of a Maritime party soo packed cause of a dj, the only thing bothering me was the people smoking jib and weed in the main room....fuck as soon as I smelt that burning plastic, I knew powder was being smoked...later to turn around and discovering some roid monkey leaned over smoking from a plastic pipe lookin all ready to pass out. As for the music... seeing ALLL those people enjoying the Housey stylings was great... it got hot in the main room, but nothing serious, a trip to the lobby was sufficient to cool off. Ang...It was great that you introduced me to Deus... glad I got that shit straightened out. Attila... Security!!! RUN RUN RUN! lol Alje, Pam, Shawn... great times partying with you guys. Alisha... hhahahaha dont worry I enjoyed your company. Hope you had a good time ;) Mychal, Char, Pauline and the crew... it was nice seeing you guys. New West Crew... its been a FUCKKING LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. Kamal and Harp... great set, harder than usual. To whomever I missed, sorry it was a wierd night. its 4:35am...I need sleep, later. |

they didnt start let ppl in till like 10:30
my first time at maritime... it got too hot inside, and it looks bigger than Riverview banquet hall... music was pretty smooth and slow beats in the main room, trance music comes around 4~7.... when benny came on, the main room was packed with ppl dancing! they are not selling glowsticks!! good thing my friend give two to me good to meet some of u fnkers going back to sleep now cant wait to rave again at maritime Last edited by tommy-boi; Mar 27, 05 at 11:28 AM. |

The party was meh alright..
Akeel u played awsome..no worries! thanx for playin my song ;) Ben..Np...glad that everything worked out.. :) Overall party was okay..the only part i actually looked forward to was the end..SATISFACTION BABY!~ i cant stand maritime though...such a shitty venue..wats the point of having a smokepit when everyone jus smokes inside... |

twas a fun night, i was quite surprised at how filthy the mens bathroom got in such a little amount of time. not to mention the people up-chucking in the stalls, and missing the toilet bowls, maybe next time champ!
the big room did get hot, but as so stated above, it was nothing a little trip to the "chill room" couldnt fix. |

Benassi rocked it yet again security was Brutal though they took me in and searched me at like 2 am saying that i was selling E... that one fat asian cop was such an asshole. whatever though shit happens i guess....had a good time anyways. |

Didnt like the venue... breaks room was way better then the main room imo. I dont think Ill ever attend another event there.

too hot, now i know why barstars take off their shirts, i was about to join them due to the extreme heat.. was it a sauna or a room for music, i couldnt tell the difference because i felt like dying.

T'was a fun night. H&K rocked it nicely early on (Apogee - "Inhale"!!!) and DJ Eva, omigod, can that girl program good funky beats. Benny Benassi was all that I could of hoped for. He threw down a wicked blend of electro, house, and even a little techtrance. I just lost it when "Hit My Heart" was played -by far the best production Benassi has done imo. Dennis and Danny rounded out the night very well with some wicked trance and progressive. Didn't go into the second room much but I did catch a portion of Bri's and Oliver's sets and, from what I heard, they were fab. Rob, Shawn, Arash, Allison, great hanging out with you guys as always!Big Ups to Twisted on another great show :)
