Judging from what I've seen move via Clubzone.com, it appears that the group discount is getting across to people!

It's amazing at how long people wait to figure out what everyone else is doing first.

Anyway, make sure to get your tickets in advance for BYE 2005!

Hello everyone,

I'm sorry for the delayed announcement but I took some much needed time off to go chase snow in the interior of BC.

Some of you may have heard rumours that BLUE is over and I wish to clarify the situation.

The BLUE team had meetings with Aqua management in the first couple of weeks January in regards to BLUE Saturdays. Aqua management has requested a change in the genre of music to something other than electronica and asked if we would be interested in continuing to promote the Saturday night with this change. I declined their offer and as a result we have relinquished the Saturday night to a new promoter.

The BLUE team is still working with Aqua management, as well as other promoters, to do events in the near future and I am very excited to announce the talent we plan to bring to Vancouver.

I want to personally thank everyone who did come out to support BLUE Saturdays since its conception.

Saturdays are done for now... but BLUE is far from over.

i liked aqua, actually i liked it a lot better than tokyo lounge

shitttty deal . i jus heard of this now.

i never went to blue .. nor am i a huge house fan .. but heard many great things. Cant believe theyre doing another hip hop nite there. Thats 2 straight nights of that kind... Blue took that club to another level... Best of luck finding another venue.

sad to see a successful nite go down for no reason.

Ironically enough, the city also reduced the liquor license for the club till 1AM for a period of time I think to do with some of the trouble they had there on the weekly Friday's.

I'm sure Winston and Cece will agree with me, but be patient kids as we will obviously select the next venue and/or show very carefully!

^ i was at that friday quite a bit . . .

trust me i`ll be the first to admit the crowd had a lot to do w/ the changes Aqua had to go through.

still too bad tho .. city doesnt know of the different crowds/promoters. 1 shady nite at a club .. and their whole week will be looked upon as a trouble spot.
