I totally agree eighty5.

The other BIG difference that I think people are going to be pleasently surprised with is the staff there. The management are 150% on side with us and the door staff are extremely nice/professional. This just further ads to the type/theme of the night we are aiming for.

The sound that is BLUE is perfect for Aqua as a venue. Hell... the two names even work together!

I agree. It took awhile, but we figured out the sound that people love to hear at Blue week after week. It's not to say we won't change it up every now and then, however it's important to maintain that "type" of sound.

Nicky runs a wicked Prog night already at The Red Room and as for Trance... we take care of that at Plush!

We are concentrating on 4 main residents. The problem before was we had WAY too many residents offering an inconsistent sound. I'm not saying they sucked, because they didn't... They were wicked playing the genre that they do.

BLUE has established itself a wicked sound... This is why the last 5 weeks of BLUE were so well attended... In fact over capacity.

The four standard residents are: Christian Alvarez, Hirshee, Charlie Tuna and myself. We of course will have guest locals and out of town headliners who all offer up a different flavour of the sound that BLUE will be known for.
