28 year old Lloyd Seymour aka Skool Of Thought has been DJ’ing since the young age of 14.

He is the driving force behind the award winning Against The Grain & SuperCharged record labels, home to the likes of the Freestylers, Krafty Kuts and of course Skool Of Thought. With Skool Of Thought as the head honcho, steering the label to sell over quarter of a million records world-wide!

His 'Sound Check' single with Krafty Kuts became one of the biggest selling breaks tunes of 2002 clocking up a respectable 7000 sales. Then followed a ‘Feel The Music’ written with Ed Solo which hit number 1 in DJ magazine’s beats chart, as did his ‘Heavy Weight Breaks’ compilation.

He is the guy responsible for the breakbeat remixes of Beastie Boys “Fight for your right” and the enormous Groove Armada “Superstylin” which was voted 2nd best remix of the year on BBC Radio 1! Described by IDJ magazine as 'an underrated genius' for his Heavy Weight Breaks album and recognized by DJ magazine as helping form the 'nu skool breaks' scene.

He also runs one of the UK's best breaks events and now plays regular headlining slots as far afield as Australia, Spain and Canada, including AGROculture’s Kiss 2004 Massive at the very memorable Plaza of Nations, Vancity Baby!
