Hey everyone,

I thinking of doing some changes to my website. It's been exactly the same for a good two and a half years now, and I think it's time to change things up a bit. Right now, all it is is strictly event and party pictures that I go to (and happen to remember the camera). For sure, the pictures are still going to be the main focus of the site. I will be adding in a blog for myself, which will be the main page, and that's the only major change I've come up with so far. In fact, that might end up being the only change.

My question is, is there anything else you'd like to see on my site (forums, DJ mixes, etc.)? Also, are you happy with the current photo album that I use, or should I consider changing to another one?

My site is running on a good, brand new server, so the potential to do some crazy stuff is there. I'm open to any suggestions. I'll probably start making some changes here within the next couple weeks.

some mixes would be cool but dont change your gallery too much.

keep on takin them pictures man, i appreciate them.

Here are some of the changes you will notice over the next month or so:

-The main page will be a blog for myself. However, since the main focus of my site always has, and will continue to be, about the pictures, before you ever see a thought of mine, you will now see some little used features of my photo album software. The top will have a banner and the usual stuff, but before you see anything I have to say, there will be two blocks of photos. One will be a random photo block, and another will be the newest photos.

-The look of the photo album will be changed slightly. There are a ton of different themes available for the software I use, and I'll find one that looks better.

-There'll be an actual banner for the top of my site, instead of default Coppermine one used now. Depending on how lazy I am, I might decide to pay someone to do this for me.

-The photo page you see now will become http://photos.rustybob.ca. This is not a valid domain at the moment, however.

-Comments will be turned on for all photos. Depending on how things go with this, it might be permanantly disabled again.

-There is a hack for my photo software that will allow videos to be uploaded. This will be installed.

-Rustybob.ca will be a two-man show: Me as Photographer/Webmaster, and Cody Basso as the Head Photographer.

-Cody Basso is getting a professional-level camera very shortly. The quality of the photos you will be seeing will be going up significantly.

-All changes should be implimented within the next month, but hopefully sooner.
