Awesome concert! Been waiting for this ever since they were here 5 years ago. Ran into a few people I didn't expect to see there, and a few I did. Definitly a good night.

Ha, I like how Maynard apologized for their presedent and told us to buy their country quick before they came and invaded us for ours.

HAHA we went to the Media Club for some post drinks then made our way out to BP. My manager took one look at me when I walked in an hour late laughed and told me to go back home.

I like how they had the stage as an entire whitescreen so they could overlay the visuals and it would seem like Maynard was in a sea of fire, tv static, overlayed Shiva heads.

John and I also noticed the band members were layed out in a perfect triangle. If you noticed the monitors next to Carey's drumset it was all perfectly placed in triangles.

I believe they played almost the same set as in europe but i think they played more older stuff in Rome. The setup was also different. The venue a 1/4 the size of GM place so it was more upclose. They had plasma screens behind maynard with crazier visuals as well.

i couldnt believe the amount of really hot women were at this show?....alot of the time i was like "wtf? she listens to tool?"

and it was reallly reaaaaly wierd when all of a sudden i hear "HEY! your revolver!!" from some dude that i have never met but knows of me from this site lol....neo was his handle. cool chap.

tool kicked so much ass as they usualy do. they are without a doubt the only band that really gets me gooing lately.and yeah, all concert kam and i noticed a perfect triangle formation with danny carey at the apex as always. they seemed very careful in their posistioning.....we were witness to a full on musical ritual.


if you can handle them,

tool...absolutly....owns.

I had an awsome time at this show, even though some 6 foot 3 guy in front of me stood up so i had to peer around him the whole time
if your in the balcony seats, why must you stand? it's not like you see any better

Maynard had a crazy mohawk goin on,
visuals were definatly a high point
wish there was some kind of backscreen, it was impossible to see the guitarists hangs move.. or anything for that matter
