Telus sucks but so does shaw for AVERAGE home use.
If i was going to pay for the massive high speed high bandwidth use shaw offers i would have to be running a buiness... As it is i use between 60-100 gbs of traffic a month ON TELUS becuz all i do is use my computer, i know, its sad, i have no life. But telus doesnt actually enforce their limits, not to mention that the shaw speeds are awful when being used in areas of high shaw concentrations.. UNLESS you pay for the big shaw stuff... The way i see it is they both blow ass. One just looks better then the other. HARD TRANCE RULES!! (I dint want anyone to take this too seriously)

some people will say they love shaw, some will say that their loyalty lies with telus. what ever works best for each person, works best. ps: free anti virus does come with it. no charges silly. pps: 2 L's

Telus does suck. When I used to use them I called cust. service on 2 sep. occassions and both times I was treated like shyte. I found DSL was down on more occasions than shaw for me, infact I can't even remember shaw ever goin down for me. CDMA also sucks. You would think a company so big would have their shit together.

I still get mad overcharged by Telus once in a while. That's problem #1.
Problem #2 is that I moved out of my old place about 4 months ago and they STILL haven't sent a SINGLE NEW BILL to my new place. What the fuck is taking them so long - I've updated my address a month before I moved out and triple checked with them that they have my new address to do the billing. I already accepted the fact that I will be faced with a $400+ bill when it finally does come to my new place...
