Never in my life have I seen a grown man be so fierce with his girlfriend. You smacked her and threw her down the hall way. I saw you. And thats when I stepped out.

She screamed for help.

I opened my door as she was saying "I'll call the fucking cops", so I asked "I have a phone right here, would you like me to call?"

To which you replied "tell her to give me back my cell phone".

i asked her easily 5 times if she wanted me to call, even after she threatened to call herself... if she had come right out and said that she did want me to, I would have in a heartbeat, but after several times asking with no reply, I just told her to come to my door should she need anything.

I'm taking care of my man tonight (poor guys got the stomache flu), so if anything else happens, I'll know.

I just really hate seeing women in these situations who clearly aren't strong enough to leave on their own.

Maybe I should have called the cops? Either way, I think they both got on the elevator and left... or he left and she went back to her unit and locked the door... all speculation.

You should call even if the person tells you not to call the cops. They might be just scared of what their pyscho boyfriend or girlfriend may do.
