If you smash some guy in a shower stall with a baseball bat your chances of getting away with it are very slim. You have seen csi haven't you?

There isn't much you can do in a situation like this except be more careful in the future about where you leave you valuables. It would be alot easier for the thief to prove that you assulted with then it would be for you to prove you caught him stealing.

I know it sucks, but that's life.

the real solution here is to hide in a shower stall with a baseball bat and when the bad guy shows up...its clobberin time.

hahaha. i never leave money, keys, or phone in the locker. always keep it on me. i remember this guy was telling how his locker just got jacked last light and took 3 grand. who leaves 3 grand in the lockers, damn.
