dreaming about work!

God damn, I just got up after a whole night dreaming about Papa burgers with no tomatoes or pickles...

...and thinking I was hearing the drive-thru bell going off and screaming, "LACEY, GET THE GODDAM DRIVETHRU!"...

...and people kept ordering the stupid 14-piece summer meal deal, which is the world's hugest pain in the ass, because you can't just hit "meal deal 14 piece", you have to add 3 codes for salad, another for dessert, punch in 2 family fries, 9 pieces chicken then five extra pieces and a whole bunch of other shit.

I got home from work last night, went to sleep, dreamed about it, and now I have to go again in a couple hours. WHAT A FUCKING BITCH.

I hate A&W.

One of the guys in the kitchen yesterday was telling me he wakes up in the middle of the night thinking he hears the bell ringing. (there's a really annoying buzzer in the kitchen for the cooks when an order is up on the screen) I laughed at him. Then tonight I come home and dream about the drive-thru bell.

heh... omg, i was hearing weird bells in my head this morning when i went to bed... i knew it was in my head, but it sounded so real... then i started hearing crowds of ppl talking like all jibber-jabber and really fast

I feel your pain..
i worked at mcdonalds.. oh gawd the humanity. I would dream about it as well.. thank gad I dont have a job anymore..
or well.. heh.
I guess I'd rather be broke, waiting around for the odd modeling job, than working in the fast food industry.

And why is it that people seem to think that just because you work at a fast-food place, they have the right to be rude and snappy and talk to you like you're a fuckin idiot?
