if u work for 4 hours u get a 15 minute break..
if u work for 6 hours u get half an hour break
if u work for 8 hours u get a 15 and an hour (im iffy on this one)

my work schedules has been fuked up like those for a few times.. and old navy gets SOOOO BUSY that u feel bad goin on ure break..or they just get sooo hectic that they dont dismiss u on my break.

i made record time the other day by running to mcdicks on my 15 to get breakfast..running back while eating it all and making it back rite on time. everyone clapped for me! mmm food.

the way we do it at my work is 4-5 hour shift = 1 15 minute break..
6-7 hour shift = 1 30 minutes and 1 15 minute
8+ hour shift = 2 30 minutes.. plus maybe more.. depends on how busy it is.

but then again we get extra breaks.. and from all that i've heard we tend to get more breaks then some people so i dunno.

When I worked at Save-On-Foods it went like this:

one 4 hour shift = 15 minute break
one 6 hour shift = two 15 minute breaks
one 8 hour shift = one half hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks

But doin constrcution (8 hour days) you get two 15 minutes breaks and a half hour lunch.

BTW constrcution is my dad's small company and they pay for everything. Save-On-Foods who are union those cheap assholes would only pay for one break and you had to work extra for tha rest.
