I don't mind being 18 that much, but it can be quite the hassle, and often the disappointment. Not being able to go with friends to celebrate birthdays at clubs is irritating, and, well, being forced to miss great shows because of a lack of ID can be heart-breaking. =P

That is so strange because I have never gone to a club/bar that didn't ID me, the people I was with, and the people infront of me. Where do you go?

I've been to: (clubs) Richards, Luces, Plaza, Comodore, Sonar, Daddyos (sp?), 7 Alexander, Barfly, Mirage

(bars or stripclubs) Mugs N Jugs, N.B.I, The Drake, Marble Arch

Most of tha time I'm with my buddy's older brother and his friends, so theres no problem there. But when I go with my friends that are my age we almost always get I.D'd but then all of us have fake ones, obviously except for tha ones that are 19 already. (some of em already have VIP at a shitload of places and they just turned 19 a few months ago)

yah don't play out clubbing while your 18 like I did... I pretty much hate clubbing, but I like being 19 now, I can get all my own shit. Plus it is dope to be able to go and see show's at clubs or pubs, wherever and not have to worry about being hassled over your ID.

Anywho, yeah... well I'm stuck being 17 ... so I still gots awhile.
There are some good points and bad points.

*Bad*:
- I can't go see the Dj's I want to hear when they're in town
- I can't be with some of my friends at times
- Can't go dancing
- Lack of things to do

*Good*:
- Perhaps when I'm of age, I won't be bored of it by then, like most underaged clubberse are
- I'll be graduated from Kwantlen, then I can go get hammered and not screw up my studies <in any way, I am not saying ppl do this>

Getting a fake ID for me is pointless. I look waaay to young anyways. Meh.
I've only been to Mavericks [Summerlove Official Silver Bullet After Party] and Daddy'o's [Function Fridays]. Meh. Nothing too speical. Altho, I would love to go to Loft 6 for Touch Thursdays, RED with Exert, and to Stans Explict Wednesdays....... *sigh* oh wells .... in 2 more years ........
