tooo many passwords

OMG
i can't take this anymore.

I literally have about 45 - 50 diff logins and passwords for different programs and sites for both work and pleasure. These passwords change every 40 days, with a new password required..

I can't remember any passwords, and i can't write them down.
I'm not allowed...

I have tried like 20 different ones for my hotmail account

and now i can't remember it, or the secret question!

4 my passwords I just use the same 1 for everything that way I don't get confused. If u have 2 change it every 40 days that is just ruff, I don't know what 2 say. :(
