As long as you have never missed a payment until now I would go to the bank or whomever you got your loan from and ask for an extention for the payment.

Normally they give you one missed payment and tack on the interest that will accrue due to the time delay.

If you don't let them know you don't have enough cash it will show up as a missed payment and that's worse.

Lenders know that people get into situations like the one you are in and as long as you are upfront with them they should usually try to help you out a bit as you are their customer.
