i hate bein so shy! when i meet poeple i dont know what to say to them and so i dont say anything at all, then they think i'm a bitch because i dont talk to them. I'm not a bitch i'm like the friendliest person ever. at my work i have to answer the phone sometimes and it scares the shit out of me, lol. If no ones around i dont answer it cause i'm scared that i wont know the answer to their question. I try and be more out goin but i just freeze and cant say anything. I Hate It!!!!

yea i use to be real shy in gr 8?
but see now I'm not shy and I can pratically say anything and act myself infront of people , but it takes time
Just think to yourself, why do I care what others think
and sometimes making stupid and gay jokes can make situations alot easier, like when u meet new people, sometimes acting goofy can ease things up

being shy goes away more and more as you get older. i think its because you stop classifying people as cool or uncool for the reasons that you used too, and you expect or hope that other people have aswell. i think you just realize at some point that if a person isn't going to like you that it really just doesn't matter. i still can be shy at times too, but not as often.
a stiff drink will help too, just carry around a flask
