chewing on my lips

I can't STAND IT...but i love it!
I have had this habbit since i can remember my first words.
and I still do it..and everytime I do i get a bad headache from it...but I do it anyway!!!
You look so dumb doing it too, but most of the time I don't even notice it. it sucks

I once chewed my lips sooo badyl when it was frozen it almost went right through. hurt like a bitch once the frezzing wore off
