scrapped knee/elbows

i was running back from my break at work, and wiped out. like majorly wiped out. i had a hard time getting up. my elbow is throbbing and so is my knee. it feels like they are bleeding, but i dont think they are. OUCh. ouch ouch . funny thing is, i dont feel like getting mad about this, im just in pain.

ouchhhh!! dont get it infected!! clean it rite away. wiping out really sucks..i almost wiped out on a grape today. wtf?

i just got home from my vball game.. i feel like i got beat up instead. from today i got like 10 new bruises... my left hipbone is abnormally stickin out rite now. eeekz
