my mom tells me whenever i get a leg cramp at nite it means im growing. whenever my leg cramps i try not to complain...still hafta reach my 5'8" goal.

I get them everyonce in a while, at first it was a horrible pain that woul dcause me to writhe on my bed for a hour or so. Now I just extend and contract my leg a few times as soon as it starts and the pain goes away.

though I never did cry from the pain... you just all be wussies

stretch out the muscle and put pressure with your thumbs on to the cramp...that relaxes the cramp or something

I hate leg cramps!!!
it sucks when you've been laying there for a bit, and you go to stretch..and curl your toes....OMG...i can't uncurl them noW!!!
