OK thank for scr3wing me around for the last few days because of your upgrading your systems!
I am not going to go in tho the whole story about why the f*ed up but i will say this they gotta do something better for the person that needs the net (me) First off they didnt tell me that they woudl be upgrading their systems and that would mean i would have to get a new modem. They didnt send me the right parts and when i tired to get someone to fix it they jerked me around for days (more or less 5) OK just glad to be back. screw you telus thanks for nothing ~BOH

your old modem must've been pretty damn old then..
i don't know anyone else who's had to have their modem replaced due to system upgrades (including me) they provide their service. it's not their job to make sure you constantly have net access because you need it. two days is not gonna kill you. and if it is that important that you permanently need net, then have your own backup plan (can we say dialup? ya it sucks but it works if you HAVE to have the net)

my buddy had his replaced
mine stopped working for a day never came to replace it but next day it was workin fine yeah telus sucks they have hella downtime

eww.. okie that would explain why you've been having problems.. :P i guess you got left out when they gave out new modems a while back. it's okie, rogers/shaw did the same thing when they switched over and sooooo many people didn't even get any service with the old modems. cables worse :P it'll prolly work better now you have the newer modem (small beigish one right??) cause i've had that one.. and it's worked fine for me..
