Shortest Traffic Light in the Lower Mainland

Literally.

If you are standing at the corner, waiting to cross on a fresh green, by the time you get half way across the intersection, the "Don't Walk" hand already starts flashing, and the lights are red by the time you hit the other side.

If you're a few meters from the intersection when it turns, forget it, unless you want to book it and run.

Show me a quicker light, and I'll buy you a pint!

Turning left onto lougheed from the Mary-hill bypass. When Ive got a trailer on my work truck, I cant even finish the turn before the light turns yellow... its retaaaded.

my $0.02 is when pedestrians start walking the crosswalk when the flashing hand is telling them to stop... and I can't make a left or right turn!
