Island Drug Problem

Just need to vent a little here fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk ! Sometimes I hate this island. Luckily Im movin to north van in 3 weeeks. The meth probelm over here is soooo bad.. kids buying shitty coke laced with speed, shitty E , shitty weed.. everything is laced with speed here. If it's not laced with speed, it's straight garbage anyway. Whatever Ive sworn off everything anyway it's just frustrating. Even sitting in some people's rooms can make you sketch out!

Like I'm just a kid who likes to blaze here n' there.. I don't really like drugs, but the people here are fuuucked because they don't realize what they're putting into themselves. Then you can't build a good circle of friends because theyre all 2 faced theives.

It's too bad really.. because the weather in Vic is way better than Van and there's nicer spots to hit.. just the youth here!

I feel for you, bro. I just went for a walk and observed two meth-head fights, four arrests on "the block" (Yates and Douglas), and a few coke-head shouting matches. I didn't even go down Cormorant street, haha. I only smoke homegrown - can't trust much downtown, it's always shake or covered in gravel dust or something (guess it adds the appearance of weight and crystals.) I was just talking to an old friend about how much the Victoria city centre has deteriorated in recent years, the mayor needs to get on this - or soon our tourists won't be coming back and Victoria won't have much of an economy.

yeah dude.... whenever Im rollin downtown somethin sketchy is goin down. Ive been jumped once.. and almost jumped by like 6 latino gangster dudes another time.

last night my bud was doin a bit of graffiti/writing and got a knife pulled on him .. then we freaked and the guy was like ohhhh nevermind I thought you were heating me out.. ?!?!?! heating you out!! we were minding our own business. he just randomly walked outta nowhere and we never said a word to the friggin sketchcase.

Vic downtown core has gotten sketchier every time I've gone down there. Too bad, really. I love Victoria, have a lot of friends out there.

It's changed SO much over the past couple of years. Not so long ago I was a teenager able to roam around downtown with my friends and there were the usual panhandlers that you always saw, but that was about it. Now it's a disaster zone half the time.

It was I. I told them there was a new safe injection site opening in downtown vic with free drugs on the first day as a promotion.

I work a block away from Cormorant St. :push: I avoid walking past that street as much as possible on my nightly walks when I take my breaks.
