I heard a 'mash-up' DJ at the Vanilla Room this last week and he was actually good. There were even a few times throughout the night when I had to ask myself "how the hell did he just do that?"

I don't know what his name is but this dude was good at mashing things up, in an appropriate way... and especially with different tempos (he'd go from hip-hop to house to euro/pop to rnb to dubstep and so on).

And yes, he played some dubstep track with a hip-hop vocal on top of it, and I almost creamed myself.
