Wow, sure doesn't sound like a cop out to taser his first perp does it.

The guy wasn't even in shape or really violent. I'm pretty sure the four cops they had on scene could have easily subdued him without the juice.

That's just pathetic. You think you would be allowed to throw your hands up in the air when you're being confronted by 5 cops who don't speak your language. Something really needs to be done with the RCMP. They did not need to use a stun gun to detain that man and once they had him down they just kept giving into him.

I just can't beleive it took 4 RCMP officers with a teaser to detain a middle aged man who was just confused, hungry and thirsty cause he was in a new country and didn't speak english. He was just trying to find his mom who was coming from Kamloops to meet him and so that he can start a new life in canada with her.

The RCMP should be sued and those 4 officers deserve to go to jail, they killed a innocent man.
