fucking bitch cop gave me a ticket for running a red light
the light JUST turned yellow like a second before i went thru intersection and she fuckign turned on her lights before i even got thru the intersection that was the biggest bullshit and if this ticket goes thru my license is suspended and wtf is this fucking "YOUNG PERSON" check box by my name?

therefor theres no proof i was even there can i just ignore the ticket and be like wtf i wasn't even there when they mail me shit later?

Well for one, if this is enough points to get your license suspended, consider it suspended :P
even if you dispute the tickets your license will get suspended. and i wouldn't trust the whole "not being there" thing. i don't think it would really hold up.

Yes they can..
They've done it to soooooo many people I know. Even if you're disputing it, they still suspend your license. Stupid, yes, but they'll still do it. I mean, you could go and dispute the suspension with the whole letter within 21 days, but that seems rather a hassle when they're not even a guarantee of your winning.

they make u sign it to verify uve actually recieved the ticket
i found out about that it doens't matter if they made me sign it or not but theres no way they can suspend my license if the tickets are in dispute as logn as i file the dispute within 30 days of the ticket its just like when u get arrested, u get charged but not convicted until the court date.

But they will do it.
It's just recently happened to 4 people I know (and i know of more people it's happened to in the past). All disputing tickets, all tickets for dif reasons, and they still ALL got their licenses suspended. Just wait, even if you dispute it, they'll prolly still suspend your license. It won't be like.. next week it's suspended, but they prolly will.

if you dispute the ticket it doesnt go on you record until it is filed as a dispute...this happened to me...and depending on the city you got ur ticket in, slurrey for instance, u may have up to a year till you recieve your court date appointment.then, if your a real sneaky bastard, send a letter "from your Parents" saying you are over seas, and cant make the court hearing.....now, if my memory is correct, you have to go to court within 18 months of recieving the ticket, or else it is void.....so if you send in the letter, and they believe you, they will have to book a new court date..if its over 18 months, your off. I just went through all this shit about 3 months ago man, luckly the cop didnt show for court so the ticket was throw out:)
if you know anyone that is a cop or knows a cop, call them ...they will fill you in hope that helps man

actaully what i heard is 90% of the time cops cant make the second court hearing which is why u would get off
with photo radar tickets i rememebr there was some time limit in which the ticket was valid because u legally have to be served in a fair amount of time or some shit. cheryl, i still dont see how its possible speeding ticket in dispute is 2 pts on my license i took out a drivers abstract i haev 0 pts. therefor...
