i love wine, my tummy however, does not agree with me on this topic.

i've also learned that if you go to work still drunk it makes the hangover seem less shitty

i dont tend to get hangovers anymore....

ive learned to really learn and balance my bodys threshold and intake....NAVIGATOR!.

i always keep water on hand, as to balance out the dehydration effect of the alchohol

water and v8 are amazing for hangover releife.

one,absolute,failsafe i use is gatorade. gatorade before you sleep and gatorade when you wake up. BRILLANT hangover releife.

yeah, last winter i gained some weight, everyone blamed the excessive amounts of cheap american beer i consumed, i maintain to this day that it was the gatorade drank to counter the dehydration.
