recommended teas in the company kitchen:

thyme
yarrow (achillea)
rooibos (for what ails you)

rhodiola (for energy)
bitter melon (for moderation of blood sugar°
green tea (to be shared just before work starts)

with coffee and the sugar, cinnamon helps moderate sugar levels. tho' green tea is healthier than a cup of coffee when shared among friends at the kitchen table.

Stay home when you are sick. Nobody else wants to catch what you have. Also nobody appreciates being stretched thin covering for more and more sick people because of those who insist on coming in and spreading it around. My staff goes home when they are sick, no ifs ands or buts. Keep your germs to yourself, rest and recover so you can get back to being productive sooner and not rob anyone else of their productivity.

I have a really annoying cough that wont go away. It's really dry which is the worst part. I'm one of the people I hate, constant coughing drives me crazy. I eat halls like candy these days to try and stop the cough.
