my buddy rear ends this chick, she had a small scratch or chip or something on her bumper (no frame damage or anything. just bumper scratch or something and something or other with her muffler but her muffler repair cost $14) -> $780

someone hit and runs my car, entire side of car scratched -> $525

ok...what the fuck??
apparently i can request a payout and they'll pay me 70% of the estimate.
i know i can buff out the scratches on the front fender and rear quarterpanel, so for the door its got some black shit on it from the guys bumper and i dunno how deep that goes, so ill try to buff it out too and if i cant get that lookin nice ill get my buddies dad to repaint it since he does autobody work.
