I know what u mean, i live in campbell river and thats what its like here too! ppl are always doing coke and trying to be all cool and start shit with ppl just because they dont like the shirt they are wearing or the colour of their shoes, they seem to think doing coke and fighting with ppl for no aparent reson is cool!

BUt look at the bright side... atleast are some what close to the city, i know its a bit of a journy out there but atleast u can easily get away from it. I'm such in the middle of an island, if i go one way i end up is redneck ville if i go the other way i end up in a town that is exsatly like mind just with differnt stores!

I used to live in merritt...at least you can hop on a bus for less than 5$$ and come into van....To get from Merritt to van it costs 80$$ and Merritt has nothing to do...no movie theatre, no raves, no mall, no nothing....just bush partys EVERY friday night with the exact same ppl there every friday....boring!!
