i know what you speak of. I just started working in a kitchen. I close the fucking place so i dont get out of their till like 2:30. Then i stay up all night and sleep all day. Then i do it all over again. Its horrible

i just tried going down to fitness world cause i can't sleep.

fuckers are only 24 hours during the week.

I hate it when I try 2 go 2 sleep and can't cuz, I know I have 2 get up early and I just can't sleep! Then u know the next day you're gonna be tired! :( That happened 2 me 2day. Not cool, not cool at all.

or when you go to bed and you wake up every hour on the hour and for no reason at all and when you finally get to sleep and your alarm goes off.......or you go to bed late cause of a night out drinking and then you finally crawl into bed and your room mate and her 2 year old come barging into your room just so she can use the comp while he screams and yells and trows stuff all over and jumps on you and they stay there for like hours even though they know you want to sleep

yeah i cant fall alseep sometimes just like you mean or i get up and cant fall back beacuse i keep thiking about my GF or something or just have alot going on in my life. eg. school or i didnt do something.

i find there isnt much you can do. lol you can always test out slepein pills
