There was an odd incident on wednesday night at my work, which is the west van Community Centre around
7:15 where a man entered the west end doors of the community centre and exposed himself to two young girls who were in gymnastics. Te girls reported this to the head coach and she looked around and did not see anything, he then came back 2 minutes later and did it again. He left thru the same door and was last seen running into the pool construction site beside the community center. The two maintience men looked around outside and noticed that one of the lights had been unplugged. So this person was familiar with the location enough to run around in the dark. The man was wearing glasses with the fake nose attached to it (the kind people wear at Halloween). seriously what kinda of fucked up person does this... expecially at a COMMUNITY CENTER! its a place that is suppose to be safe from this kinda stuff. From now on were going to have to lock all the doors and not let the kids out until their parents personally come in the gym and pick them up. first people are stealing from the staff room, now perverts are hanging around... hmmm i'm kinda worried about this place.

Voyeurism is funny. If you freak out and scream, it makes it all the hell better... however, pointing, laughing and making them feel like a fool MIGHT detour them from doing it again... at least in your area.

And stabby voyerism may be funny, but this was at a community centre. That's just STUPID. I agree though, tell the children just to point and laugh if that ever happens again. I'm sure a few "look at that wee winky hahaha"'s would deter the fucker.
