not falling asleep!

fawk do I hate it when you MEGA toss and turn in bed.. like I think I layed in bed from 1130-4AM before I got to sleep..

and you dont wanna get outta bed cuz of the "possiblity" of falling asleep..

Happens to me waaaay to often. for me it's usually tossing and turning till about 2ish.. then I finally fall asleep.

It's always on school nights though.. ALWAYS. never any other night, always school nights. Damn school.

that happens to me in the summer...cause when it's soooooooo hot i find it hard to sleep...but i usually fall asleep in a metter of an hour when it's hot like that....or if i'm really tired i'll just pass right out:)

falling asleep it impossible when you've got stuff on your mind, i know
try doing something to distract yourself from the thoughts, but make you tired at the same time. like reading. read a book. it always seems to work for me.

it clears your mind of random thoughts, and over days and weeks train yourself to think that once you get in the 70's you're asleep......it works for me almost everytime

this happened to me last night...partly due to oversleeping , mostly due to my next door neighbor having a massive heart attack and dying last night.
