I don't get along with my manager. I think she's a big time biyaach. Any hints?
I treat people accordingly, If I get it, i return it, if they act like bitches I just treat em like bitches.
It's hard to treat someone high up with respect if they think their all that....

That is so true , i know exactly what ur feeling . I try to follow that golden rule "treat other's as u would like to be treated" (oh yes yes true sunday skool gurlie rite here) but sometimes u ran into this fucking jerks and bitches that don't deserve a speck of any respect. It is really hard to be around someone who treats everyone else like crap and excepts u to treat them w/ the highest acknowlegdement possible. I wish that i could give u some advice mojojojo on what do to but all i have done is distanced my self from ppl like that . It is a little hard to do that in ur case ..... all i can say is just don't treat her the same as u would treat other ppl but don't be super rude either , she is still ur manger even if she is a bitch .... if u treat her using 35% of how she treats other ppl maybe she'll get a clue.

regardless if they're bitches or assholes to u
eventually u'll get sick of being nice to that person and u'll blow up on them, then they'll probably be scared of u and not be assholes anymore...welll that might not work..but ahaha it's worth a try...i know i'd try it
cuz i don't believe in treating anyone with respect and kindness, if they don't give that to u, or to anyone, if they give it to everyone, but not u, then they won't ever deserve to be treated with respect from u cuz they're just acting like that towards u for no apparent reason, maybe simply cuz they can or want to..and that's stupid
so i say treat people who treat u like shit, with the shittest attitude u can possibly give them...ahahaha

the majority of the time i treat people how they treat me. or i treat them how i want to be treated, if i haven't had the time to get to know them yet, like if i just met them.

i just say treat them how they treat you most of the time.
