stupid highschool and its stupid rules
GRRRRZ!! came late to school today..decided not to walk into class cuz i was already half an hour late and they were writing a test... didn't really want to interupt it. teacher hunted me down and said i skipped the test. THE OH SO GOODYGOO BEV SKIPPPED aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh! fuckin teacher, vice-principle and counciler tore me apart. fuckin people with authority who blow things outta portion. fuckin councilers trying to find out what my lifestyle is like and shitshitshit.. then i found myself talking about my favorite drink..vodka and koolaid?!. fuckin history teacher's gonna call my parents and have a meeting with them. wut the shit... im pissed off right now. extremly.... i cried a puddle of water already just cuz of the this stupid lame ass highschool rules. im old enough to decide for myself and my parents tend to blow stuff WAY outta portion..hey maybe ill get the boot tonight. who knows. great stuff...10 bucks says my parents will try to have me quit work. what a GREAT ASS DAY..
now i hafta hop onto a damn yellow schoolbus and go to a bog for a stupid fieldtrip...  ---agrofunfun

my excuse... i worked a damn closing shift, went grocery shopping for this stupid field trip, studied for the damn history test til 1 and i didn't hear my alarm ... they called that excuse unacceptable. next time im gonna say someone died or something...fuckityfuckfuck. damn grade 12s are 18..i think at that age we should have the right to decide if we want to go to school or not without any EXCUSE..fawkers. :finger:

Shit bev, that's bad. That's crazy.. I've never seen them act so harsh about something like at my school, especially not with a good student! Sorry to hear they did, I hope things end up okay. And just remember, two months are we're all outta there.. For good this time, not just for summer! Good luck =)

they said they have been observing me for a few months now... SPIEEEESSSS. seriously my school is a damn jail.. every class takes attendence on a scantron... and all the teachers can see what classes you missed etc. its a freakshow school...we even have a lil quiet bell that rings during class that lets the teachers know the full attendence is printed. PSYCHO
damn counciller knows too much about me..she somehow gets crap outta me. sneaky lil bitch. oh its gonna be a fun day at the funfun resident tonight.

don't let them find out shit about you, no matter what you say they are just gonna be like that's your problem. tell them your there till the end of grade 12 to get your education and not to be bothered by a school full of adults who think they are shrinks. TELL THEM TO STAY OUTTA YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS. i had a teacher who was like that last semester, i played her game along with her, and i won. the funny thing is, there is nothing in my life wrong, don't have bad parents, don't ahve problems with other students... NOTHING. but they all assume there is something going on. obviously your education is really important, so stay with it. from all this talk about skipping, i realize how my school is at least 5 times worse for this .... thorought 11 and 12 i missed 50% of all my classes and for quite a few of them even more, and i didn't get suspended/expelled once. i'm pretty bright so i still managed to pass a handfull of classes but skipping (even at the slightest bit) makes it SO easy for you to fail. <---- not saying that YOU are skipping, just puttin in my .02

and after u graduate u'll miss highschool for the rest of your life so why not just go and enjoy it. its not going to kill ya

I know the feeling about the parenting shit. I almost got the b00t from my mom a while back, Something to do with the cops :(. But that was a while ago and now im all calm N friendly N all cause i started to go to parties again ^_^

highschool teachers are fucking nosey... I remember...
My comp civ teacher pulled me aside after class and started asking me personal shit, like whether I was having problems at home, with my family.. whether I was doing drugs (ME? NEVER!:trippin:) he even sent me up to the counsellor.. My french teacher *also*pulled me out of class, (LEADING ME BY THE HAND THROUGH THE HALLWAY) to the teacher's office and called my mom, telling her that I had problems or something. The gay thing is that she thought she was doing the right thing for me, she thought I had "depression issues" and that my mom should know about it.. who did she think she was, a psychologist? (she's a sweet teacher though) What she did didn't help my situaiton one fucking bit. It made it WORSE. My mom just bitched at me for always sleeping in class and it started a whole stream of arguments... It's as though teachers can't accept that they're classes are DULL AND BORING and students are prone to falling asleep in them. It's either "SHE'S DEPRESSED" or "SHE DOES DRUGS" or "SHE MUST HAVE HAD A BAD UPBRINGING". God I feel your pain, but you know that *most* do it cause they *care* /me does an eye roll

u dont have to go to school anymore after ur 16 i think.. its not bylaw anymore so really,u can skip as much as you like and not get into "real" trouble

^^ But the schools don't like it because when you're registered there, you're supposed to be in classes and they become legally responsible for you. So sure, you don't even have to be registered at school, but if you are, then they're responsible for you.

This is one of the reasons why I left the education program at UBC...I aced all my classes and then when I got into the practicum and saw what school was really like. (ie: The system is set up to treat students like children thereby letting them gain little to no responsibility or practical life skills). I am sorry to hear that the teachers are coming down on you Bev...Just one more reason I'm glad I am no longer in that profession...I guess I was silly wanting to treat students like adults instead of children or so I was lead to believe... :(

ive been doing councilling sessions with one counciller for about 2 years now. she checks up on me every 3 months... mostly about my family probs cuz my family is psyyycho. i have to say she helps a lot, because it makes me feel that if i suddenly die at least one person know why ive been disturbed all my teenage life.
okay looks like i blew things a lil outta portion... my parents met up with my history teacher and who knows what they talked about. the office called my moms office hunting her down and my mom said they left msgs all over her voice mail...and pretty much her whole office knows i "got in trouble". :soak: eh obviously they want to have my priorities straight..and be better at time managment...which i already do....boohooo... and here i go..life goes on.
