You can always resubmit your tax return and include the RRSP and they will adjust is accordingly.

A basic tax return is quite easy to do, the forms have step by step instructions for calculations and how to fill them out.

heh. last year I didn't want to do my taxes, but my dad forced me too, and I ended up owing $13... yeah.

next year, do them with him, so he can show you how and then you can do your own =) or at least, check what he's done to catch mistakes..

The governement still checks it over to make sure it's accurate...Unless your dad didn't put the RRSP's to paper/computer at all...
