Drugs. they fuck you up. they provide an environment wich can be extremely addictive. they take a harsh tole on your body. drugs.


no one wants to see anyone fuck up their life over drugs. it's ruined to many people already and by doing so has added a clout of paranoia and sketchyness about doing them.

drugs are not something that are to be done everyday, nor do i think every week.

i understand this and i admit that last week i abused drugs and ended up flailing for a long time. not cool :n: but if i hear one more person bitch at me about it. ima shit a brick.

Max isn't a junkie, and it's everyone's choice as to whether they do drugs or not.
I know the preaching deal get's annoying (and sorry for preaching earlier if I did) but a lot of the time it's better to say something and know that you at least made the effort, rather than let the situation go and watch something horrible happen and have all these regrets as to how you could have done or said something.

this is true but i fnd alot of people use that agrument to justify their use of hard drugs. chemical drugs are called hard drugs because they are just that, they are harder then booze and pot and as such cause alot more damage and are alot more dangerous. Drinking a six pack dosn't do the same amount of damage to one's body as popping 3 caps of e would, anyone who use's drugs knows this, some are just in denial.

you ccannot compare the effects of caffinine, alchohol or even pot to that of e jib or k. they may all be drugs but all drugs arent made equal.

alcohol isn't as dangerous as x? i beg to differ. maybe a 6pak isn't immediate danger, but neither is going to a party for one night. alcohol KILLS. not just the alkies, but drunk driving, fights that go over the edge, shit like that. drugs r drugs, just cuz society says this drug is acceptable doesn't mean shit.

chemical drugs are worse than alcohol? SHIT tell that to a wife and her kids who got beat the fuck up every night.

you don't understand what im saying...those are merely the by products of the effects of alchohol not the effects themselves. alchohol dosn't directly cause any of those things its like saying e causes lightshows...

I wish I could have taken that psychopharmacology course at SFU. the prof specializes in addictive behaviors and I've talked to some of the students who took his class and they all told me that he told his students that he would rather have students take heroin as long as it's not injected than drink alcohol.

I can't recall his reasons for it, but I think this topic is pretty open to debate by many experts.

i am an example because when I used to do alot of chemicals my mind/body was severely fucked up
now that i drink and dont even smoke weed that much i may not be the healthiest person but i feel way better than i used to both physically and mentally...
when i drink i get hungover for one day, when i do a cap i feel like shit for the next week

i think the prof dosn't know what he's talking about...like the majority of the profs at sfu im sure he has his head up his ass..hhaha :hehe:

coming from a guy who has done and continues to do alot of different types of drugs i can say from a truely educated opinion that jib or even coke is alot harder to control then alchohol. also even with a limited understanding of how these three drugs affect the pleasure/reinforcement centres in the brain you could see why coke and jib are far more addicitive and cause far more neurotoxicity then booze.

this may not be the case with the herion vs alchohol debate as herion operates on a different part and different nuerotransmitter as coke or jib....herion really hasn't had much popularity in the rave world
