I sell automotive parts for a living and I hate it. The general public are for the most part fucking morons.. they bitch and complain about every price. Everything costs money in this world.. assholes come in looking for a starter, battery etc.. and that's all the information they'll give you, they expect you to be telepathic and read there mind, know exactly what year, make and model vehicle they have. When you tell them that YES the year, make and model do matter it's a total shock to there system.. I mean WTF are you a moron or what? Is an apple the same as an orange? Then you have to deal with people who give you the wrong fucking information, oh it's a 3.3L not a 3.0L and they give you shit for giving them the wrong part when they've given you the wrong information in the first place. Then there's the people who want performance parts on a PINTO budget, I mean FUCK.. don't ask for what you can clearly not afford.. is there headers available for my Geo Metro 3-cylinder, give me a fucking break, you have a motorcycle engine in that POS...

any customer service is like that, which sucks! i seriously wonder about some people, and how they get off being so incredibly rude for NO REASON at all. did they ever learn any manners?? eeeeeediots. and then there are those who are just incredibly stupid and need you to repeat everything like 4820938502 times because they don't understand (and i'm not talking someone who doesn't speak english, that's understandable).
