I have used that expression at work MANY, MANY times. Usually it's for myself though, and it always does work out at work in the end. I know though that not EVERYTHING will work out in the end, because in the end I won't be there (at work) anymore. I won't have to deal with it anymore as I am quitting that place very soon (as I am heading back to school full time). I know you can't always quit something just because you don't want to deal with it anymore though (for instance, life...you can quit it, but it's not very smart; family...you can quit it, but who else will you have in the end?).

Anyways, I don't know what I'm trying to say. People do say that to reassure themselves and others say it to shut a person up. All I can say is that I HOPE things work out for you. It might, it might not, who knows really.
