I know who you're talking about and he's definetly not a player. :hehe: He's just a really friendly person and it makes it seem like he's hitting on people. But if he can't make up his mind about who he likes then it's proabably not a good idea to let yourself get hung up on him. You'll just end up getting hurt or frusterated and that's no good:(
