... so i went into work today and my boss pulls me into the back.

starts to ramble on about my 90 probation was almost up....

then he decides to say we aren't keeping you, witch tottaly pisses me off cuz i cant do shit about it b/c of the fact he sill has me on probation now do you think its really fair to use someone like that b/c in my eyes i think he used and aboused me the best way he could.

Well he is not using you. All employers keep an eye on you, your first month or so of work. The fact that he discussed this with you, shows that you are not working out as an employee. In other words: quit now if you feel u are being used. Chances are they will not give you a good reference anyways.
Employers have to do this in order to thin out the lazy unproductive workers from their establishment

If you worked hard why would they let you go? Maybe the company is needing to let go of people for other reasons and your just caught in the middle. Either way if you are a hard worker you'll have no problem finding another job.

you should probably make your moves based on what keeps you eligible and what would disqualify you. you'll probably need a bit of a help until you find another job.
