wow that was a fun experience..sitting on the phone with telus for an hour and a half!! being on hold, being switched back and forth to different operators....and having to listen to that awful telephone hold music. ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! :-o

all major companies drive me nutz...honestly they make enough money off all of us for stupid little things like flicking a switch to turn on your phone line or whatever and it costs you like $70...they should be able to afford to have enough people working that we should never be on hold :)

ya i moved on the 1st of aug. and since then any cell phones trying to call my house line doesnt work...how fucked is that. they dont even know what the hell is wrong with it. ARGH.

they are a bunch of imbeciles I tell yea..when I called them to hook my phone line up when I moved in here...they hooked it up to the wrong house
