I had one of those nights last night where it took me hours to fall asleep. You know when your room is too hot, even with the window open and your bed never seems comfortanle enough. Tossing and turning all night long...

I hate those nights :|

ooh i had that night last night too!! well.. not really... i was super comfortable but i just couldnt fall asleep... and i kept waking up in this half-asleep state.. it was weird

i had major headaches at school today just because i was so tired

i'm having this problem where i can fall asleep no problem, but then i'll wake up about 2 hours later, and wont be able to get back to sleep. i hate that.

^ ugh that's really suck.

Even worse is getting up and being wide awake at like 5:30-6am..I don't usually have to be awake until 7:30ish, but I can't get back to sleep.

haha that's funny, I have the worst pounding headache right now, it kicked in at about 4pm. :|

i was so tired today at work, and my head is hurting too (i get migraines when i don't get enough sleep)

this sucks.

Yeah we have gym facilities at the office here.... however, this is the busiest time of month at the office here, I'm waaay too exhausted to work out after a long day of annoyingness...

I haven't been able to fall asleep until 3am for the past two nights....and i've had to wake up at 6am both mornings. I'm sooo tired right now, but I've got too much work to do, so no naps.
