but switching shifts i find worse cuz then your sleeping routine is all messed up

Man... I hear ya... my shifts rotate biweekly, so I either start at 5 am and finish at 2 pm, or I start at 1 pm and finish at 9:30 pm... it's hard to adjust sometimes. Oh well... the pay is okay, so I put up with it.

yah i do graveyards twice a week, then a day off, then from 345pm-915pm twice a week, with a 6pm start thrown in here and there.
its damned hard, but the graveyards are so easy that i dont mind.

Yepp I guess Graveyard sucks. But its a job, and where there's a job there's money :)
