yea that always happens to me.. i wake up and i can't move or feel my arm for a few minutes. happened this morning actually

yeah..i love sitting cross-legged so one leg ALWAYS falls asleep..it's so bad because sometimes i get up to walk but my leg fails on me so i fall down..then the pins and needles start their stuff... :soak:
