I was born in T.O. and lived there for like 3-4 years then moved to Van. From what I'm hearing T.O. really IS better/bigger, but I was too young to appreciate it. But anyways there's always something to do in Van, even if it's just eating out. Go try out different places, pool, etc,. Or just go to bubble tea for a couple hours...still something to do.
