my neck lymph nods are a little sore, my throat and sinus is kinda stuffy, my face is a heat pad, my head is sore, my body aches, and i've been light headed all day long

The throat's always the first sign. As soon as I start to feel a scratchiness that doesn't go away within a few hours, I bust my ass down to the store and pick up a jug o' 5-Alive, and guzzle that shit down in a day. Doesn't cure me right away but it sure does help the cold get through quicker. :kam:

Go for Congee, that stuff will clear up your head and make you feel alot better. Its like some sort of miracle mush

i always feel really cold first
like that sick cold feeling.. thats how i know im getting sick

i dont take any thing for it though.. i just let it live its course... i find it goes faster that way

i cant take tylenol or anything like that... it fucks me up for some reason
