gargh. i HATE being put on hold on the phone for ages. on the phone with mcgill right now trying to sort things out for next year and i've been on hold for half an hour already! no point in hanging up and calling back cause i'll have to wait just as long. same deal when calling the airline...takes so goddamn freaking long. and the wretched music they make you listen to while you're waiting...GARGH.

yeah big companies with they classy elevator music is th best
you have no choice but to sit there and wait

regular people on the other hand only may put me on hold for 30 seconds then i hang up

Sometimes at work I like to change MCI's hold music to something offensive... we had Eminem playing once (even though I'm not a fan) and got a few complaints... lol

one of my friends does it all the time, hell get another call and put me on hold . i hang up.

the best hold 'music' i have ever encountered, is for westjet. where they tell reallly corny jokes, and you cant help but laugh, because they are SO stupid! :D
