Well stopped by the OB last night and holy shit what a skeezy fuckin place it was. Terrible top 40's music and was just so raunchy in there made the ozone look respectable. I ended up leaving and walking into Aquamarine to get drunk and admire the funky ceiling ewwww the OB

It's actually a bar called the Ocean Beach Hotel.

As for growing up in White Rock... it sounds like it's even worse then when I was there with all the crack heads n such (I hear bout it from my kid brother). It's really fucking sad actually. Christ we just used to drink a bunch and play pool up at Quick 6... course that place's closed now and the only pool hall left sucks.

Crackheads and old people... lots of um. Not to mention the wretched transit to get the fuck OUT of White Rock.

I had some good times there but fuck was it ever boring... thank god I live in Van now.

van is alright once in a while but when ur in school only working part time u want something a little better to fit the budget, downtown sucks arse for that like 10 bux cover and $5+ for a god dam drink.

Just to set the record straight White Rock is in fact it's own city with it's own council and all that shit. However, a lot of people who live in South Surrey claim to be from White Rock because if you say you're from Surrey to someone who lives in say Vancouver or Richmond they instantly think the Whalley part of Surrey which is very very different from South Surrey.
