puuff need i be so blunt? U know cheating, when u are in an relationship with someone and they mess around, when they are commited to that person. If sleeping around was perfectly acceptable in this case, I dont think this thread would have been created !!!!!

If two people have agreed that they are allowed to be physical with other people, then sleeping with someone obviously does not constitute cheating. Then it is obviously on a more emotional level. If someone in said relationship is seeing someone else, having inapropriate feelings for them and so on and not dealing with it in a suitable way (such as being honest with their significant other about what emotions are happening and how they are going to deal with it) then that is cheating. It all depends on what type of relationship you are in and what "rules" you've defined from the beginning.
