does anybody work for telus?
i don't just mean on f&k... i'm talking IN GENERAL... does telus actually have ANY employees?? i've been on hold for the past HOUR!!! i fuck you not. i called them at 12pm, it is now 1, and i've been on hold the entire time...
what, does everyone take their fucking lunch break at the same time so no customers can call between the hours of 12 - 1!?!?! that's the ONLY excuse i can think of, and if that's the case, then telus has to get some better coordinated shifts... what the fuck man... even my employers are pissed off at telus. they call them EVERYDAY and ask why their call waiting isn't working properly, and why our DSL connection is so fucking unreliable... NOW i just wanna hook up my freakin' phone line!!! i have to make an appointment for them to come install it tomorrow, cuz that's the only day off i have this week, and i'm not gonna go an entire week without a phone line, cuz that means i won't be able to get online... and that's fucking scary!!! if this automated bitch tells me to hold 1 more time, i'm gonna give a piece of my mind to the first representative that picks up... not to mention i SHOULD be working right now... but i'm too busy typing this gripe out with 1 hand, and holding the phone with my other hand... and yes, the gripe is more important than work... fuck this i'm hanging the fucking phone up...

unionized my ass... it's almost 4, i'm still trying to get thru...
i call, and try to get a rep., it puts me on hold for 5 seconds, then gives me the busy tone and hangs up on me... how nice... so now i'm gonna have to wait until next week to get a phone line... just cuz someone is pampered by their union...? brats...

well it's obviously not their best day right now...
their customer service is'nt usually that bad, but ppl have their bad days.. and besides, what exactly are the chances of them being able to come in tomorrow anywayz? pretty slim i would think. my friend had to wait about 3 weeks for his phone. them coming tomorrow for u? kinda doubtful.. but ehy, even if it is pissing, just be glad their customer service isn't nearly as bad as some other companies..

actually i talked to someone this morning, and i've been assigned a number already, and the chick said they could have it done tomorrow... i just had to call back and give them some info about my place... so i got the info, called back, and couldn't get thru... still can't...

shaw cable for 90 minutes...after like an hour and 15 minutes she gave me the phone becuase her neck hurt..and htne like 15 minutes later..."Hello this is Terry...how may i help you"...

fuck'n telus is gay!! they have some network virus right now in they're system...same with rogers...and that crashed dsl / cable for 4 hrs the other day...and they still trying to fix it...but currently they channeling our stuff to another near by station...but i tink they got it fixed now..cus that was two weeks ago!! anywho..
dayam.... all telus knows how to do is fuck'n telemarketing!
